Give me a pill and I'll feel better. Give me a drink so I'll forget. Give me a cig. It'll help my nerves. Ugh! I can hardly take a breath. Let me have sex, I need someone to love me. As a matter of fact, I can't get enough. What is your name? Oh, yes. I remember! Could you pass me my pills so I'll forget and don't forget a drink to wash them down!

 Real Issues
Come as you are... get what you need.

Real Life Questions will become a thing of the past but will be archived on the lefthand side of the page in case you are interested.  We all have real issues to face each and every day and they can be tough to handle. We will attempt to use this section of the site to deal with those.  Hate, anger, biotry and jealousy are just a few of the things we will endeavor to address .  We at Jesuswithoutthejunk don't all go around with '24 hour' a day smiles slapped on our faces just because we are trying to follow a living Savior.

What is the Holy Grail?

For the most part, the Grail is a myth that has been romanticized by plays and movies throughout the years.  The Holy Grail is supposed to be the dish, plate, cup or vessel that caught Jesus’ blood during His crucifixion.  It was said to have the power to heal all wounds.  It is not to be confused with the Holy Chalice, the vessel Jesus used at the Last Supper to serve the wine which is called the Last Supper Chalice.

What is the Trinity?

This is the way that the Holy Spirit enlightened me about the Trinity:  Remember “3 in1 Oil”?  It’s the same way with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.  They are three separate entities, yet are one in the same.  As far as I know, the word Trinity is not even used in the Bible.  Years ago before I knew any better, I always prayed to Jesus….it was Jesus all the time.  Then one critical day the Holy Spirit said that I needed to pray to the Father in the name of Jesus.  That is when I stopped and meditated on all of this.  God started becoming my Father in my heart instead of just God.  God was always out there in outer space somewhere but this revelation brought Him down to earth to me.  It was a separation of the Father and my relationship to Him through Jesus Christ that helped me mature to another place.  The Holy Spirit is also a separate entity.  He is becoming clearer to me as well as I keep walking my Crosswalk.  So, there you have it-3 in 1, yet each one separate.  But, God who is the Father, is First, then Jesus and then the Holy Spirit.  Together they make up the Godhead.  Without the Father there is no Son and without the Son there is no Holy Spirit...

If there was one thing you could tell others to do in order to gain success in their lives, what would it be?

If there was only one thing I could say, it would be to tell people that praying is the most important thing they could do.  Go before the Lord with a piece of paper and pen and write down the questions and things that you ask or talk to God about so you won’t forget what they are.  Then get up, button up and listen to the Holy Spirit talk to you.  I learned by trial and a lot of error to ask God anything that was on my heart.  He already knew anyway but it helped me gain a personal relationship with Him.  He had been untouchable to me most of my life and I was surprised that He cared enough to listen to me and then answer me.  That, in and of itself ,was truly mind-boggling to me.  Why hadn't anyone told me this?

God says that He confirms His word by two or more people.  I have learned through experience that when two or more people are telling you the same thing, listen because God is trying to tell you something.  But, knowing me as well as I do (and as God does), I couldn’t leave just one thing so you could really conquer in your life.  The second thing I feel I need to tell you would be to learn about tithing.  Make certain that you tithe where you are fed spiritually.  There is one time in the word where God says, “Test Me” and it is with your money.  I was all about testing it out for myself.  I was amazed at what I discovered.  I would urge anybody to start tithing.  Malachi 3:8-12 is definitely worth going to and reading for yourself.  Let the Holy Spirit always guide every move you make in regard to YOUR money and your life.
