Give me a pill and I'll feel better. Give me a drink so I'll forget. Give me a cig. It'll help my nerves. Ugh! I can hardly take a breath. Let me have sex, I need someone to love me. As a matter of fact, I can't get enough. What is your name? Oh, yes. I remember! Could you pass me my pills so I'll forget and don't forget a drink to wash them down!

 Real Issues
Come as you are... get what you need.

Real Life Questions will become a thing of the past but will be archived on the lefthand side of the page in case you are interested.  We all have real issues to face each and every day and they can be tough to handle. We will attempt to use this section of the site to deal with those.  Hate, anger, biotry and jealousy are just a few of the things we will endeavor to address .  We at Jesuswithoutthejunk don't all go around with '24 hour' a day smiles slapped on our faces just because we are trying to follow a living Savior.

John 14:6  Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Instead of a question this week, I would like to clarify something.  The Bible is crystal clear that there is only one way to the Father, God.  This one way is through Jesus the Christ, His only Son.  There is no other way to get the Father’s attention but by praying to Him in the name of Jesus Christ.

You may go to church, temples, or synagogues but if you do not worship God the Father by Jesus, His Son, then my question to you today is, whom do you think you are worshiping because you are not worshiping God.  Are your prayers being answered?  Have you received what God, the Father, wants for you in this earth as His child?

Many think they are reaching heaven by mere rituals, but those things are to no avail.  I am a true witness of the Lord Jesus Christ and I advise you this day, as the Bible teaches, “No man comes to the Father except through the Son.”  It is as it is written and anything else is not from heaven.

Exodus 20:3-4

“You shall have no other gods before Me.

“You shall not make for yourself a carved image-any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

God is clear in two of the Ten Commandments about putting anything before Him and about worshipping anything that duplicates anything in heaven or in the earth or in the water under the earth (I have no idea about the later yet!)  Let’s deal today with symbols that we, as humans, seem to hold in such high regard.

I was out recently and a woman came up to me and asked me if it would be all right with me if she bought my daughter a Saint Christopher necklace for protection.  Just prior to that conversation, someone asked me if they could buy a cross for my daughter to protect her.  I answered their inquiries politely while thinking to myself, “But they hold no power.”  Not wanting to get into a discussion at the time, I let it slide, per the Holy Spirit.  There is a time for everything under heaven and the place I found myself in with these two individuals was not the time to go into any lengthy discussion about idols and symbols we use as such mighty weapons against evil. Learn to be discerning about when to minister to someone.

One of these people I have known for quite some time and they proclaim Christ as their Savior.  I was astounded at the request she made about buying a cross, as if it held some supernatural power I evidently, wasn’t aware of.  The other person is merely an acquaintance and if the Holy Spirit opens the door for me to expound on any topic with them, I certainly will (as I always do).  I walked around the house with these requests in my heart and as usual, the Holy Spirit began to work on me regarding this matter.

Years ago, there was a large article written in the newspaper about a Priest who was called to a couple’s new home to anoint it with water, blessing the home.  The story goes that the couple was so relieved after he came knowing their home had been cleared of devils.  Then shortly thereafter, there was an article in the same newspaper that touted the talents of a particular person.  It stated this person could come to someone’s home and “smudge” some kind of product all over their house to protect it from evil.

Now, I want to set the record straight in regard to these matters.  First of all, the ONLY thing that will protect ANYONE (including Priests) is the BLOOD of the Lamb and by the word of your testimony.  Revelation 12:11 is crystal clear on this matter and by walking through the last fourteen years warring in the demonic realm, I can testify, and my testimony is true, that there is no medal, cross or smudging product that is going to defeat Satan in your life.

Second, don’t worship these symbols as though they hold any power because they don’t.  It is only your belief in the power of the Blood that is spoken with words of FAITH that will protect you from anything wicked.

YOU have the power by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, to defeat evil and it is time you grow up into your inheritance as a Blood bought child of God and come to terms with this.

It is time to acknowledge the mighty power spoken words hold for your protection or for your harm.  Click for: Pleading The Blood.

Symbols are just symbols.  Do not idolize them because they are nothing. Understand that you do have everything you need to protect yourself if you would just learn how to use these weapons.  It is time for you to mature into the things of God.

The term “double anointing” has been brought to the forefront of the Christian community over the last several years.  People throw this term around like you flip a coin in the air to see if it will land on “heads” or “tails,” with the winner getting the anointing.  Of course, they also tell you that if “you sow a seed” (money) into the kingdom, it is yours to have.

Stop taking the word of others, even if they are famous Pastors, in regard to learning about the double anointing in this manner.  The double anointing spoken of in the Word of God is God-given (not man given) through the Holy Spirit in order to further the kingdom of heaven.  Power is resident through an individual to set free, heal and deliver but only in the way that God deems necessary to fulfill His will in regard to souls and people’s lives.

We take too lightly the double anointing and of course, we all would love to have it, but I can tell you that IF you are given the double anointing by God, you will pay dearly for it with your life.  You won’t be able to buy it with a seed (money).  Are you ready to lay down your life for God for His will to come forth?

Another misconception is the "double portion."  For ministries to tell you that “for your best seed” you can receive this divine gift from God, well, it is bordering on hypocrisy and it needs to be exposed for what it truly is.  I say, “To the law and to the testimony.”  The double portion is received through obedience, diligence and having a pure heart before the Lord.  Go to the Word of God for yourself and discover what God has for you as His child.  Don’t take anyone else’s explanation as your own for what is in the Word.

God has set in place rules for our well-being.  Unity between a man and a woman is broken if they have sex outside of marriage.   Trying “each other on for size” is not for our benefit.  I do not know many men who really would not like to have “their cake and eat it too.”   I do realize that there are those who do have sex before getting married and then end up marrying that same person; I did.

Something though, was taken out of the whole experience of living to the fullest on this earth as a human for me by having sex before marriage.  I had so much sex prior to my marriage that I wasn’t bound to my husband like I should have been.  It caused me not to fight for “us” as a couple.  My “tie” emotionally was with the very first person I had intercourse with not with my husband.  There is a divine, supernatural bond that is foundational to a union.  It can help protect a marriage from divorce,  but it is lost when there is sex before marriage.

God created sex, so He does want us to have it, but I believe it goes a lot deeper than we know.  He meant the joining of our bodies to tie a husband and wife together.  I do not know many women who (if they did not marry their first love) ever forget the man they first had intercourse with.  There is something precious and binding and I believe, so heavenly about sex that it needs to be kept within the confines of marriage.   Will we go to Hell if we have sex before marriage?  No.  I have had more sex outside of marriage than you could imagine, but I have repented for it.  I discovered it was against God’s will for me.  As for the word of God, it is clear in Ephesians 5:5.  In Hebrews 13:4, it states that God will judge fornicators.  I know I have been judged and I know I had to atone (pay) for my sin.  Will God utterly cast you off as His child if you are having premarital sex?   No, but if you are a woman, for your sake, keep yourself chaste until you are married.  I believe in this way you will experience the full meaning of the word “Love” that does exist between a man and a woman the way God intended.  Together you will be able to stand against the forces that will come your way.
