Give me a pill and I'll feel better. Give me a drink so I'll forget. Give me a cig. It'll help my nerves. Ugh! I can hardly take a breath. Let me have sex, I need someone to love me. As a matter of fact, I can't get enough. What is your name? Oh, yes. I remember! Could you pass me my pills so I'll forget and don't forget a drink to wash them down!

 Real Issues
Come as you are... get what you need.

Real Life Questions will become a thing of the past but will be archived on the lefthand side of the page in case you are interested.  We all have real issues to face each and every day and they can be tough to handle. We will attempt to use this section of the site to deal with those.  Hate, anger, biotry and jealousy are just a few of the things we will endeavor to address .  We at Jesuswithoutthejunk don't all go around with '24 hour' a day smiles slapped on our faces just because we are trying to follow a living Savior.

Is There A Fate Worse Than Death?

Yes.  There are those who think that when you die, you are just nothingness.  There are others who really believe that everyone goes to Heaven when they die.  WRONG.  WRONG.  I want to be very clear in this answer. That is why there is a push, so to speak, by individuals (Me) to make certain that people get to hear the true message of the Gospel so the choice of eternity will be up to the individual.  Souls are caught in the balance right now.  The worst possible thing that could happen to you as an individual of any race, creed, upbringing, etc., is that you would spend eternity separated from the One who made you.  The fate worse than death?  To close your eyes and wake up separated from God for eternity in a living hell forever, never having a chance to go back. The Bible teaches that if you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, you will not be in Heaven.  This decision is not a "Do-over."   Your chance is here....period.  Be wise in what you are listening to because everything out there is not from God and it is meant for your detriment.  I would like to also say that if you are around those who are getting ready to embark on eternity, that you minister to them and lead them into accepting Christ as their Savior.  Don't be scared about bringing it up.  Make certain they are saved; don't guess.  Who knows?  Maybe, just maybe, that is your purpose here on earth.

John 14:6   Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

About a billion people pray to Mother Mary. Is this correct?

I was listening to someone talk about praying to Mother Mary in order to get to Jesus and the Father. This has been troubling me for some time now so I took my concern to the Lord. The response, through my prayer time, was clear and I will repeat it verbatim to you. “Molly, the virgin Mary was not the Savior of the world. I am the Savior of the world. It is Me you need to pray to, thus saith the Lord.” So that settled that problem for me in my heart forever. Jesus was without sin. (2 Corinthians 5:21)   HE is the one who went down into Hell and took back the keys to death, hell and the grave for us. (Revelation 1:18) Christ died so He could send one like Himself to each one of us. (John 14:16) No one else did those things. There is NO OTHER SAVIOR period. The only way to the Father is through the Son. There is one last scripture in John that sums it all up.

John 14:13, “And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

What Does It Mean To Stand On Faith?

I hear people say that they are “standing on their faith” but what they are doing is the exact opposite.  There was a time in my walk with God that I thought to “stand on my faith” was to wait, believe, just sit down and wait on God until He brought something to me.  He had done it that way before and I thought that, well, He would do it that way again.  That is immature thinking and believing.  Plus, I was trying to fit God into some kind of formula that I could exercise anytime I wanted to over and over again.  But I discovered that I was wrong AGAIN!  To actually take a stand on faith means that while you have prayed and sometimes made an offering to God and are believing God for something tangible, you keep working, keep going and keep doing everything that you know how to do.  As you are doing this “STANDING” He will move when He sees fit, not when you see fit and more importantly, He will move as He sees fit.  Standing on faith does not mean lying down and doing nothing.  God doesn’t honor that behavior.  Always do what you know how to do and as you “go along your way,” He will come.

What Does Waiting Patiently For God Mean?

To wait on God does not mean you actually sit and wait.  I didn’t understand this years ago.  I thought it meant just sit down and wait for God to move.  I was very childlike in my faith.  Waiting does not mean doing nothing.  You get up everyday and you keep believing in God and you keep going no matter what is coming at you.  You don’t just stop everything and wait.  If you have asked God for something out of a pure motive and heart, He knows that and will move as the situation is necessary or as the situation warrants.  Be patient as you wait, meaning don’t yell at God asking Him why it is taking so long.  (Done that!) Don’t bicker and gripe telling God this or that (Done that too!).  When you wait patiently that means you pray, you get up, you shut up and keep going with a good attitude. (Really get that last part!) I have had an answer in as little as half a day or as long as years…..Thank God I am still going and working and waiting patiently or I would really be in a mess.  Bringing Heaven into your situation doesn’t mean you name and claim something, sit down and wait and then continue to ask God when He will give you what you asked for.  It is your job to pray, believe (making certain it is the Father’s will, of course) and then keep going.  Having patience is probably one of the toughest things you will ever conquer as a follower of Christ but once you do attain it, life gets a lot easier for you.  BE PATIENT while you are waiting because if you aren’t, this may cause God not to deliver what you have asked Him for.
