Welcome to the "Heart of Hope" page.  Jesuswithoutthejunk believes in "putting the pedal to the metal," so to speak, in an effort to help others with basic needs by being the tangible hands of Jesus.  We all need food to live and we need a place to sleep.  Many people go without these.  It's one thing to say Jesus and it is another to do Jesus.  People need help day in and day out so they will have the strength to go on.  

Jesuswithoutthejunk is stepping out in faith to sell "Heart of Hope" T-shirts, bags and baby items, ranging in price from $11 to $24.  50% of the profit of each item sold will go to benefit the Domestic Violence Shelter in Wilmington, North Carolina.  By purchasing these items, you have just helped someone with the basic necessities of life.  You are putting "feet" to your faith while at the same time having something tangible to remind you that you have just reached out to someone less fortunate.  We want to thank you in advance for wearing a “Heart of Hope” T-shirt or carrying a bag and pray that you will spread the word.  Let our hands be your hands.  You know, together we can make a huge impact on the plight of the truly unfortunate.  We were able to sow $500.00 into this effort for 2009.
