Pastors and leaders, do you think it is just happenstance that attendance is down and your coffers are drying up?  There is a reason.  Do you think you are exempt from judgment just because you wear a white collar or a long robe?

  • Pastors, your assignment is to help guide, instruct, and disciple those under your charge.  If you are stumped as to what to do to help bring resolution answers for finances, marriages, demonic strongholds, and generational curses for God’s children, then why are you doing what you are doing?  Lead them to someone who will.  Time is of the essence.

  • Stand firm in the pulpit given to you by God and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Feed your sheep with the pure, undiluted truth, making certain that a clear understanding of tithing and obedience to God is heard.  Naming and claiming material wealth has no place in God’s kingdom.  Shame on you!

  • Make certain that the body within your reach (pastors, leaders) are taught properly before you try and go save the world.  (Begin here in Judea, then Samaria and then to the uttermost parts of the world.)  If you can get YOUR congregation to walk and talk the truth of the Gospel gaining the victory in their everyday lives, you will have done something for God’s kingdom.

  • Get your eyes off being the next T.D. Jakes or Joyce Meyer.  That aspiration should not be your focus.  If it isn’t in your destiny to become a TV personality, then you are striving after the wind and you need to realize it, accepting your destiny.

  • Fast, pray and seek God’s face and let HIM tell you what to do.  Satan has used TV as one of the biggest weapons against God’s children in order to entice them to lust after fame and fortune.  He has persuaded some to seek prideful things, which in turn makes them take their eyes and hearts from the Lord.

  • Stop trying to build the biggest building in the kingdom.  Begin to get your hands dirty doing the work of the Master (even if it means washing feet or the dirty toilets in your sphere of influence) and God will bring the increase.  Get your head out of the clouds.  If you are in fact a man or woman of God…remember your first love.

  • Cotton candy Christianity is over and it has left most of God’s children in the infancy stage of their walk with Christ. They are unstable not being able to embark upon the true calling and purpose of their lives, not knowing the true nature of their Father in heaven.  They are “sheep who have been led astray.”  Stop sugarcoating the Gospel of Jesus Christ telling everyone it is “all good.”  Warfare will be encountered and this needs to be taught.  Prepare God’s children to stand against the wiley ways of the devil (Revelation 12:11).

  • The backbiting and gossiping must cease among God's children.  Stop complaining about what you don’t have and start giving thanks for what you do have.  Negative words such as these have no place in the kingdom of God. Pastors lead and teach your flock to lift up and edify other church members who are downtrodden. Kingdom people do not talebear.
  • If you are to boast, boast in the Lord. But you as God's vessel, humble yourself before the Lord your God (as well as your congregation) and in due season He will lift you up. Being meek does not mean you are weak.

  • My question to you is this: do you, as pastors and leaders, know the Holy Spirit will talk to you?  Hearing from God is not an art form but a divine inheritance.  Stop ignoring the Helper that has been sent to guide God’s children into all truth.
  • We are in times of great distress and anguish.  Any church in America that bears a cross of Christ needs to fling open wide their kitchen doors to receive and feed the hungry.  If you do not have anyone to “man” such an endeavor, then I suggest you fast, pray and tell God that you will gladly pay someone to come in and “be the hands of Jesus.”  Also, feed them the way you would like to be fed…in abundance.  Stop serving the least to the ones who need it the most.

If we as the church do not lead the way for the lost, hungry in spirit, and poor in their pocketbooks and starving bellies, who in the world do you think is going to do it?  Believe me; you will be accountable to God on judgment day for what you have done (or not done) on earth with what He has given to you.  Wake Up!

God says, "My people are starving for lack of food/word."

YOU feed them!
