Justice Kavanaugh

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12).

The #MeToo movement certainly is something to be brought to the forefront in the society in which we all find ourselves. When acknowledging this serious issue, I can only speak to what I have been exposed to. Many thoughts have been crossing through my heart like threads that need to be expressed into a cohesive blog, but I have not been ready until now. It has been my (tangible) experience that when a woman or young girl is physically assaulted or made to do any type of sexual act unwillingly, that the memory is such that one never forgets— even the smallest detail.

During the ongoing, what seemed to be a trial of Brett Kavanaugh, I prayed coupled with fasting standing against the powers of darkness that only God’s divine will would break through in this ugly circumstance of accusation. And furthermore, I believe I state with the utmost confidence that indeed His will was accomplished. Understanding the sovereignty of God having seen His hand move in mighty ways, I know that Brett Kavanaugh will be completely vindicated one day. God’s timing.

Whether or not something occurred to Dr. Ford, only heaven knows for certain, since there are no corroborating eye-witnesses or details that can be described.  As far as I know, this circumstance did not hinder Dr. Ford from school, degrees, flying, or the ability to teach others in a classroom setting.  For me, by the age of twenty-six, I was not in fine shape and had to take drugs just to maintain a somewhat normal (what I called normal) life.  Many other factors factored into my well-being, but I can tell you that these early instances attributed to my overall ability to function in life. Only until I fully turned to Christ was I able to completely overcome.  I take no drugs, have an impeccable memory, and am graduating with a BS in Theology. I have been ordained as a Reverend by my local church and stand as a testament to God’s divine healing power mentally, spiritually, and physically. I have prayed earnestly that God would intervene in the life of Dr. Ford.

Fast forward to this week of October 8, 2018.  It was announced on the Tucker Carlson show that witches of New York were gathering together to form a coven against Brett Kavanaugh.  My thought was how clever that Satan uses the word “coven” which is, of course, a cut-down version of the word “covenant.” Satan always masquerades as an angel of light (2 Corn. 11:14).  He just cannot get away from the fact that he will never be God, but he counts on God’s people to remain in the dark regarding his antics. Well, I can assure you that the blood of Jesus Christ in its entirety is enough to protect Justice Kavanaugh, his family, and his children. Witches cannot stand against the blood of Christ, not even a superhero can penetrate the titanium type strength it has when invoked by faith through an anointed vessel of Christ.  Now would be the time for you to begin this intercession type of prayer, not only for Justice Kavanagh but for our President, our Congress and the upcoming election on November 7.

We hold the most magnificent power on the earth and Satan or his followers cannot stand against it.  Learn God. Learn what He has given us. Learn His might. For we are in the days that it will be the only defense you will have against what is trying to destroy our nation, our families, and our selves.

John 10:10 “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.  I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly.”

God bless us all,

Molly

The snare of the fowler—

God, in His infinite wisdom, has delivered us from the snare of the fowler (Ps. 91).  I am not certain where any of you lives (and would love to know), but I am in Wilmington, N.C. and have survived the direct onslaught of hurricane Florence or should I just say the devil and his devious unnatural weather occurrences. To be certain, the devastation that has taken place was horrific, although my family and myself were shown great mercy.

God does as He wills, and I follow His leading however, each day along the way this past year, I have prayed with much fasting for the Holy Spirit to use me for God’s divine purposes to be realized right among the individuals where I live and through our worldwide net webpage Jesus without the junk.com.

I was only displaced for five days and was with my daughter and her family. My extended family was staying with her as well.  We had the power go out but had a generator as a backup.  The water was on the entire time, although it was said that that, too, would be lost.  We had food to eat and had to end up taking cold showers for a couple of days, but prayer was the mainstay all along the way. God granted us His mercy.

My thought life has been taken captive by the very words of our Savior, but many times Satan creeps in to haunt and daunt us to have us deny the very force that can keep us, even when things seem the bleakest. The “quarter turn shift” is what this is called.  One positive shift in our thinking can turn the circumstances into a force that can hardly be reckoned with if one is willing to allow the Holy Spirit to indwell in the mind.  The helmet of salvation, we all have at our disposal, is metal and cannot be penetrated by any flaming arrow of the ungodly one (Satan). When hard times befall all of us, and they will befall all of us, be prepared throughout with your prayer life.  It sustains us not only when times are good, but when we feel that life has been unfair to us. I dare say, I was not asked this past week by God to go to Legion Stadium and be mauled apart by lions, as the early church was, for professing my faith in a risen Christ that He could still this hurricane.

Take heart everyone and know that God is still on the throne and that He did not wreak havoc or cause this hurricane to occur. God loves us and in His infinite mercy has truly raised the standard against this ugly foe that we fought hard this past week. Yes, there were lives lost and truly I am sorry for those and have lifted them up to heaven through intercession, but we must not blame God for this and we must stand firm against the wiles of the devil.  John 10:10 tells us clearly that Satan comes not but to kill, to steal, and to destroy.  But one thing he cannot do is steal the soul that has turned its ownership heavenward through acceptance of a living Savior.  To God be the glory.  Amen.

May love and hope light your path,

Molly

P.S. Pray for the first responders, those who have opened their business and sent out trucks to feed the hungry, and those who have come from all over the country to help us restore this beautiful state.

It would seem (to some) that the wrong side is winning. Evidence of this has crept its ugly head in the past month or two not only over the issues of immigration but just about anything that is stated from anyone associated with the White House. Specifically speaking, crowds are angry (supposedly its real anger not having been coerced, or paid for by anyone) over the separation of families at our American borders. It is coupled with an overwhelming hatred towards our American President, regardless of any positive actions or outcomes he might have negotiated for this nation thus far.

There was an opinion stated in my Sunday school classroom this past week that Satan and his minions are winning and that civil war might be at hand.  This, my friends, is one of the biggest tactics of the devil.  He raises his ugly innuendos with shouting and yelling, (cursing in some cases) and calling for crowds to gather and, for a better terminology, "take people out" who follow conservatives or Donald J. Trump. But burning the American flag should be outlawed if you live in the United States of America.

Rest assured Satan is not winning. The inner witness of the Holy Spirit testifies to us who to believe, at least he does for me. There are only thousands who are raising unquestionable almost treasonous actions through protests, and there are millions (over three hundred fifty-two) who live here who are not. We all are not being crushed by this ugliness yet, however, the time has come to stand up for what you do believe in and call “a spade a spade.”  The Bible tells us (believers) clearly to follow the Lord Jesus and we will hear His voice, what is incorrect behavior, and who is or is not on the side of justice. We are to test the spirits (1 John 4:1).

Competition. I love a healthy competition and it is now time to show our enemy (the devil) who is on the throne. The Bible teaches us that the government shall be upon his shoulders (Is. 9:6).  God has not been dethroned. Jesus still is guiding this nation and it is still, whether arguments continue to rupture around spots of this country, his nation founded upon Godly principles.

The earth groans for the sons of God to come forth (Rom. 8:19).  You know who you are.  You are trained and readied for battle against the forces of darkness and it is time to use your spiritual authority to fight this enemy who is trying to destroy the foundation that has been built upon godly principles. The solution is simple. Begin to pray and fast for our country. Take authority over the forces of darkness in spiritual combat and stand to see the salvation of our Father who is in heaven. This is your clarion call. The time is now. Satan will be defeated. The country will remain “red” due to the blood of Christ, and Donald J. Trump will be one of the greatest President’s we have known (history will prove this) who will fight for this nation. Now is the time. Awaken to the voice of the Holy Spirit and let’s win this demonic battle that is trying to break forth in our nation.

Hate Spewing

Calling “a spade a spade” is crucial for enlightenment, but citizens of America are stepping way over the red line of that God-given feature. We the people, believers in Christ, are to take the high road through positive words, actions, and deeds. How else can those outside of the kingdom know the difference of what it means to follow Christ? We must not stoop to name calling. Clearly heard is backbiting, gossip and unverifiable truth. God does not honor that type of behavior (Galatians 6:7, NKJV). Yelling at others in public settings, cursing at them in front of cameras, and challenging them to dare stop you citing First Amendment rights, for me, is just a world gone mad! Don’t we understand how the enemy of our souls is winning?

One must be ever active regarding exposing truths but must accomplish this art with mercy coupled with compassion in the times in which one finds themselves in history. When you do kneel before the Lord to answer for what you have done (and all of us will one day), will you come before Him with a history filled with denigrating others by spewing anger and hate? Yes, Christians need to call out the truth exposing bias, but not at the cost of giving God a “black eye.” In my lifetime, I have never witnessed a country so divided over basic human rights. Both sides of the coin must be scrutinized, yet there does not seem to even be a trying to come together for the greater good.

America was birthed as a democracy. Yes, there have been many growing pains and much bloodshed (slavery to name one of the biggest atrocities of all time) that have brought this nation to where we are at this moment in time, but there were always those people who stood up to turn the tide of injustices back to God and His ways. George Washington prayed for guidance, Abraham Lincoln prayed for wisdom. This country continues to stand as a beacon on a hill as a capitalistic government by its very design.

Now is the time for the remnant of God in this generation to stand up for justice but in a peaceable, intelligent, and compassionate manner. If one takes a hard look at this country’s history and its elected officials, one sees a pattern of the teeter-totter effect. Liberalism vs. Traditional values. To be elected to Washington, having an opportunity to be a voice of change for a constituent base should be an honor. Becoming wealthy from this positional platform should be against the law. Hundreds of thousands of dollars are doled out to adults to be a vote for a block of individuals, and yet there only seems to be a consensus for continual bantering.  What has America come to, I ask you?

Spiritual things must be spiritually discerned. Wake up, America, before it is too late. The battle faced today is between good (God) and evil (the forces of darkness, Satan) the likes of which we have not witnessed. It is real. Wake up, children of the Highest God (not the God of self), for no man or woman can stand against the living God. Repent and turn so that God can heal this nation before it’s too late.

My Opinion

I hold a theology degree, and I could entwine scriptures throughout this blog to back up exactly what is bearing on my heart, but I want to send this opinion out from the pure standpoint of kindness, respect, and concern for the dignity of a human soul. On April 17, 2018, the day that the Lord took Barbara Bush home, former First Lady (emphasis on the word LADY) a tenured college professor who commands $100,000. 00 per annum, stated quite bluntly, and I am paraphrasing her diatribe that upset me so much that it kept me from a sound sleep, that she was glad the “Witch was dead” and furthermore, that she, along with her husband, raised a war criminal. Wow!

Her claim (as if daring anyone to stand against her) was that she could not be fired.  Really? There was an outpouring of disgust over her comments.  The result after faculty meetings was a determination that she was indeed correct and could not be fired hiding behind the banner of First Amendment freedom of speech. I go with First Amendment rights of an individual or else I would probably be censored for my blogs, but this God-given right of freedom in our society does not give us the right to “Hate Speech” or for that matter slander. There could probably be a suit brought against her for liable. What this professor spewed on and on about was not a First Amendment right to speech. That is something completely different.

We as a nation must bring back the basic right to human respect.  Each person commands the right to be respected.  Period.  There is no if, and’s, or but’s about this, as my dad would tell me when there was something that I was going to do that I didn't want to.

This country was founded on Christian principles, not bigotry and hate. Our society has not been turned upside down by Donald Trump. Yes, there have been great injustices on many levels against human beings, but to spew “Hate Speech” against a deceased human soul goes beyond First Amendment rights. This is an affront against the light of this world. Manners do matter.  It is time for us all to get back our thinking of human worth, kindness, and love of our fellow man or woman.

Reverend Molly

P.S. Don’t even get me started on the vitriolic speech against Sarah Huckabee Sanders at the WHCD.  As Christians, remember that when good people do nothing, evil wins.  Stand up against this injustice!

Away from Me, I never knew you….

Matthew 7: 21-23: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.  “Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in your name?’  “And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

These are some harsh words from our Lord, don’t you think?  Exactly what significance do they have for us here today?

There are many, I fear, who are looking for an outward sign as to the manifestation of the anointing of God upon one’s life.  People want signs and wonders…do you?  The above scripture states that many will perform miracles to behold but Jesus will stand on the day and say, “Away from Me I never knew you.”  Are you prepared for that?

Clearly, Jesus tells us that signs and wonders will follow those who believe.  Are you looking for signs for the sake of the sign or are you using the God-given power you have been given as His child (do you know you even have power?) to help further the kingdom of heaven upon this earth while putting the power in the right perspective in your heart?

As fallible humans, Jesus already knows that we are going to want to seek a sign or a wonder of some sort.  He is telling us that to have an intimate relationship with Him is better than performing…I have been used by God to give many signs but it seems unless signs are constantly ever present, that people tend to fall away from seeking a personal relationship with God.  We have been so conditioned in the body of Christ to look for outward signs that we can’t seem to get our heads out of the clouds and come back down into the earth and buckle down to actually “do” God.  We don’t seem to have the steadfastness and faith to believe in God unless there are signs.

We are a fallen lot of people and I honestly believe that God is beseeching us to attain a higher calling in Christ Jesus but we are still on the bottle and haven’t even come close to the true meat of the word in our walk with Christ.  We desperately need to buckle down and quit running all over hell and creation looking for a word or a sign.  We need to stop pounding on the gates of heaven asking God to give us power unless we intend to get our hands dirty by doing the will of the Father in heaven.  We need to get up and be steadfast in our everyday lives and hearts, doing diligently what God puts in front of us to the very best of our abilities.

Hype is fine but at the end of the day when the word has been delivered, hands have been laid on to heal or the prophesy given, you still have to wake up and start your day just like everyone else.  There are no free tickets for anything in the kingdom and I can tell you that God has already tested, proven and tried those whom He is going to use for His glory and to get souls into the kingdom.  Don’t be fooled by signs.  It is the life lived wholly separated unto God that has been through the fire that He approves of.  It is the fire walked through that causes the Fire of the Holy Spirit to flow through.  Everything else is cotton candy and will be exposed for what it truly is.

Put the bottle down and come up to the big table to eat.  It is only God who tests the mind and the heart and He knows exactly whom He has chosen in this end-time harvest of souls.  This is not a game to God, so be wise who you listen to.

Will He thrust you aside or will He beckon you come unto Him as having known Him?

I believe that two disciplines of God’s Word are essential for spiritual growth and moving forward with God’s divine will for one’s life and destiny: prayer and memorization of God’s Word. Each of these has its own discipline that is rewarded with spiritual fruit that cannot be obtained in any other way. Scripture teaches us in Romans 8:20, “For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son.” Although the walk of the cross is not an easy one, it can become, through spiritual understanding and with much discipline, the best path.

Prayer is essential to spiritual growth. According to Whitney, “First Thessalonians 5:17 states, “Pray continually.” “While “devote yourselves to prayer” emphasizes prayer as an activity, “pray continually” reminds us that prayer is also a relationship” (Whitney 1994, 33). After turning to Christ at thirty-nine years old, prayer was a key for me which unlocked a door that I had not known needed to be opened. I did not have any theological background or training, but I believed when I would sit and talk to God in the middle of the night that He heard what I had to say. He became my counselor 24/7, and I did not have to pay one thin dime to go to an office or hear that my time was up.

Next, I realized, through listening to teaching ministries on television, namely Kenneth Copeland and Dr. Charles Stanley, that there was much more to learn about God than I could even have imagined. I had no idea who God truly was, much less any of His character traits. I had only known of Jesus Christ and vaguely about the cross. Who in the world was the Holy Spirit, and how did three people get into one body anyway? All of this was from an individual who had grown up in Sunday school and church, never allowed to miss a Sunday.

Memorizing scripture, God’s Word, and allowing it to take root in one’s heart is imperative to overcoming the enemy of one’s soul, Satan. “When Scripture is stored in the mind, it is available for the Holy Spirit to take and bring to your attention when you need it most” (Whitney 1994, 25). If Jesus Christ had to stand on this earth and defeat him with God’s written word, then so does a follower of Christ. Jesus is the example for those who follow Him.

I have concluded that less of God’s Word daily is not enough to sustain my spirit. Just recently I have been caught up in doing so much ministry work, coupled with lack of meditation, that I have had less prayer time, which has left me feeling empty inside. A steady diet of world events, family issues, and/or much ministry can clog the drain of the Holy Spirit. This is where I have found myself. Prayer and the deposit of God’s Word can breathe life to a dry spirit.

John 8: 32 “ And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.”

Today, there are all sorts of articles, books and teachings from all kinds of people who possess different kinds of intellect. I just laid down an article titled, “Ten keys to unlocking your Destiny.” I read the latest book that has caused a flap called, “Secrets,” which professes that by merely thinking good thoughts, you could have pretty much whatever you wanted. Your whole life could be turned around; causing anything you think of to come to you. Well, I say, how about jump up, turn around, touch the ground and you can get any answer you want?   I feel certain that somewhere, someone would ask me exactly how you do it, how high you need to jump in the air and do you touch the ground, with one hand or two?

2 Timothy 3:7 Always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

What is going on with a society that seeks out and follows teaching after teaching but ends up not having any knowledge of the truth? Why do we follow every wind that blows along that sounds good? What are we doing? We hold people as authorities in life when their personal lives are lacking. It doesn’t matter who they are or what they have. Have we shrunk so low as to think that just because someone is famous and has said something, we then consider them an expert on life and most importantly, in matters that concern our souls? What are we doing?

I am deeply disturbed by what is going on in America today and I am not alone. Someone has to stand up and speak just the truth.   Yes, we are in deep trouble; we search for the answers to our lives and about the hurts and pains that we have deep within. Yes, we need answers, but we need to be wise about whom we are listening to, watching, and reading in order for us to gain the true victory. Then we can truly be overcomers in our lives.   There are some very popular teachings right now that are being supported by very famous personalities, which are straight from the pit of hell. They sound good, they look good, but in the end, they will bring the same results, which will be nothing lasting and solid.

As mentioned earlier, the last big rage was the book “Secrets.”  I wonder today exactly how many lives were impacted and drastically changed by reading that book? How many? It certainly was a best seller. I wanted answers to my life. I wanted a change. I wanted something different in my heart than what I was feeling. I wanted to get my life on track and straightened out for good, not just for a moment in time. Life is a long time and you can go round and round.  Where you end up nobody knows, least of all you, unless you find the one true answer.

Deliverance came in certain areas of my life quickly, but permanent change has been a process. It wasn’t easy. I had to do my part. I find today that a lot of people want a change but they want a quick change and an easy fix without having to do much of anything. (I did.) Oh, it seems easy to hang on to a new teaching for a while, but when the going gets tough, we tend to shrink back and it's on to the next NEW great teaching that is going to really transform our lives…this time.    Believe me; the tactics are all the same. They are designed in a pretty package and are right there for the taking. I found out that I needed staying power and winning tools in order to continue striving to find the truth and fight the adversary of my soul. The only one who can give you that power is the Holy Spirit. Period. Mark my words (and you can take this to the bank), if teachings don’t talk about Christ, they will fade away. But don’t worry; a little time will go by and guess what? There is yet another new teaching that is supposed to help us this time.  I mean this one is really going to be the one.  Come on, how many teachings have you come across in your lifetime that were really supposed to help and didn’t? Bah! Humbug! I looked for the answers to my problems ranging from drugs to abortions, and there was only one answer-Jesus the Christ. Period. THERE IS NO OTHER ANSWER.

We are in a dangerous time in our history. Yes, there are going to be all kinds of people rising up saying things. YOU will have a fail-safe (answer) if you will step out in faith and trust Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. The fail-safe is the Holy Spirit, not Buddha or Mohammed. Everything else is false. Be wise in the days we are in. Your life and the life of your children and spouses will depend on it.

We all want answers. We all really want to be happy and be winners in this life. But the only way to get this is through the Son of God, Jesus. I have told you in my mission statement I am here to tell you the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God. That is what I am going to do to the best of my ability. I have kept quiet long enough. Enough is enough.

IF you really want true peace in your mind and true happiness deep within, it is yours for the asking. It is FREE. You won’t be conned into buying something. You won’t be deceived into joining something and you will never be left alone. WE have promises from God, which assure us that if we will just turn to Him, He will add to us everything else. I have the comfort in my heart of KNOWING I have finally found the answer after years of truly searching, seeking, crying and failing. Unfortunately, I had to be broken down to nothing before I would listen. I don’t want that for you.  There is an answer and He is just waiting for you.

Luke 11:9 “So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

Ask Jesus into your heart.  He will give you all the answers you ask of Him…I started asking Him for answers in 1996 and He has not failed one time to get me the answer. I ask Him everything. As a matter of fact, I don’t make a move without asking Him. He is the friend who sticks closer than a brother. Don’t be deceived in the days we are in. Isn’t YOUR life too precious to you? How about your children? How about your spouse's?

John 14:6   Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Let us look to the One who created us and seek His answers.

Merry Christmas! ~

I want to personally wish each and every individual who reads these blogs, listens to the messages via internet, or responds to what we are saying at Jesus without the Junk.com a very Merry Christmas.  This past year has been filled with much tribulation entwined with many victories (I might add!), but on this special evening take these final moments to savor time spent with family and friends, for they are a gift from heaven.  If you are in a position whereby you have no one to share this day or evening with, take heart and call upon the Holy Spirit who will come alongside to comfort you.  This is our greatest promise, that if we call upon His name we shall not only be saved but have the abiding presence of the LORD.

We are at the cusp of a brand new year with many possibilities, but for these last days of 2015 take in a deep breath (right now!) and savor Christmas with your loved ones.

God bless us all at this hallowed time.

Much love,

Molly
